Welcome to our class website. I hope that you will find this to be a useful tool in communicating and finding
out important information. This and new this year, Schoology, are the two ways that I communicate with parents, so it is important to check them often as they are updated often. Make sure you have completed and submitted a contact form which can be found under the "More...-Contact" tab.

About Me
I have been teaching for fourteen years in the West Chester school district, all of them at Glen Acres, fourth grade. Before entering the teaching profession I spent nearly 20 years in the business world working as a CPA for various global and local companies. I have been married for 30+ years and have two children. My son, Brian, is a tenth grader this year at Henderson and my daughter, Courtney, is working in the IT field, while attending Temple University.
Reading is one of my most favorite hobbies. I strongly believe that reading is the most important factor in influencing writing, comprehension, and vocabulary development. Therefore, students are required to read EVERY day, both in school and out, fiction and nonfiction!!
I am looking forward to getting to know your child this year!
